C.C.C.P. (BEATAMAX) - American Soviets (1987)

I shouldn't even be posting this but oh well here goes...nice acid-ish synth line, almost as if Egyptian Lover went to the USSR and secretly made this. Dub or instrumental version probably would work better than the vocal.

The performance:

The cover:

Not even sure what this is but one part of the video reminds me of the greasy saxophone performer at the beach concert in Lost Boys. Also makes me terrified of New York and want to move to the suburbs.

Hongkong Syndikat - Berlin (1984)

Boogie down Berlin banger from 1984 featuring Reagan samples & funky synths. Sire Records release. Later went on to release the schmalzy hit "Concrete and Clay".

George Kranz - Trommeltanz (Din Daa Daa) (1984)

Ubiquitous 80s jam, penned by German George Kranz. Even sampled by the Ying Yang twins. Number one dance hit in the US ("Hot Dance Club Play").
Contains such memorable lines as:

Rrratatatatatatata
Rrratatatatdadadadoom

Bot Da Down, D' Doom
Do Doom, Do Doom
Di Doom, Do Doom
Do Doom, Do Doom

Fleetwood Mac - World Turning (Live)

Put on your turban and hit those drums! Zip directly to 5:12. Nothing wrong with the 'mac! Thanks Brennan!

Tantra - Wishbone - Philips (1979)

Another Italo gem with a great bassline, swirly synths and drum work. Pay no attention to the video...wait, I take that back...
